1. Guest Registration & Identification
For the comfort and safety of all guests, accurate registration is required at the time of check-in.
  • The primary guest must declare the correct number of occupants
  • All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID
Indian Nationals:
  • Aadhaar / Driving License / Passport accepted
  • PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof
Foreign Nationals:
  • Valid Passport and Visa are mandatory
  • Guests must complete Form C submission (FRRO) within 24 hours of arrival

 
2. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-In: After 12:00 PM (flexible based on availability)
  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
👉 For early arrivals or late departures:
  • Luggage storage is available
  • Guests may access the lobby lounge, Wi-Fi, and restrooms

 
3. Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct
To maintain a peaceful environment:
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Guests are requested to avoid loud conversations, music, or disturbances
We encourage respectful and considerate behavior towards all residents.

 
4. Children & Safety
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of minors during their stay

 
5. Smoking, Safety & Prohibited Items
  • 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, balconies, and common areas
  • Possession of weapons or illegal substances is strictly forbidden

 
6. Pet Policy
  • Pets are not permitted within the property

 
7. Visitors Policy
  • Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms
  • Visitors require prior approval from management
⛔ Visitor restrictions:
  • No visitors allowed in guest rooms between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM

 
8. Deliveries & External Services
For security reasons:
  • Delivery agents (Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) are not allowed inside the premises
  • Deliveries will be received at the main gate
👉 Process:
  • Prepaid orders: Collected by staff and handed to guests
  • Cash on Delivery: Guests must collect from the main gate

 
9. Events & Commercial Activities
  • Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted
  • Commercial photography, filming, or promotional activities are strictly prohibited

 
10. Alcohol Policy
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside private units
  • Consumption in common areas is not permitted

 
11. Property Usage & Housekeeping Etiquette
  • Drying clothes in common areas is not allowed
  • Drying racks are provided within balconies
  • Footwear should not be left outside rooms
  • Guests are encouraged to avoid wearing footwear inside units to maintain hygiene standards

 
12. Damages & Liability
We provide premium furnishings and amenities including linens, towels, and fittings.
Guests are expected to maintain them with care.
👉 In case of:
  • Damage
  • Stains
  • Misplacement
The cost of replacement or repair will be charged to the guest after assessment by management.

 
13. Kitchen Usage
Each unit includes a kitchenette with LPG connection and appliances.
Guests must:
  • Turn off the gas valve when not in use
  • Use kitchen facilities responsibly

 
14. Inspection & Maintenance
Management or authorized staff may enter the premises:
  • With prior notice, or
  • Upon guest request
For maintenance, inspection, or emergency situations.

 
15. Energy & Water Conservation
Guests are requested to:
  • Turn off electrical appliances (except fridge & Wi-Fi) when not in use
  • Use water responsibly
This helps us maintain a sustainable and eco-conscious environment.

 
16. Parking Policy
  • Parking is available for in-house guests only
  • Vehicles must be parked neatly without obstruction
⛔ Not allowed:
  • Visitor vehicles inside premises
  • Taxi parking inside premises
⚠️ Management is not responsible for vehicles parked outside the property.

 
17. Check-Out Procedure
  • Guests must inform staff at least 1 hour before check-out
  • Housekeeping will:
    • Collect keys
    • Inspect the unit
    • Assist with luggage if required

 
18. Security & Surveillance
  • CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for safety
  • Footage may be shared with authorities if required

 
19. Policy Acceptance
By confirming a booking, guests agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions to ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium stay experience.
